Our Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you call or email us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. A credit card is required to hold an appointment.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within less than 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service.
No Show Policy:
By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without notification.
This will be charged on your credit card provided on the day of the missed appointment.

We used Fraser Hair Co to do my daughter's hair and makeup for her wedding, as well as most of the bridal party. The staff was extremely accommodating, but what is most important is the skill they bring to hair design! The hair had real staying power and looked perfect even at the end of an evening of dancing. The bridesmaids' hair all looked perfect and each girl was styled to her individual preference. They even did our junior bridesmaids and the girls were thrilled with the outcome. They are real artists and know the difference between "wedding hair" and "prom hair." Trust them! They were professional, exceptional, and extremely talented. Look no further, brides!
